STEPS TO CLOSING:
One Week Before:
Call and transfer utilities: Refer to utility list. Please call Idaho Power, Intermountain Gas, Trash company to order garbage/recycle bins, Water company, internet/cable. Title will call the applicable City once we record to switch ownership for irrigation, water, and sewer. Please call the City to set up your account after we’ve recorded.
Confirm homeowners insurance is in place.
Three Days Before:
Review lender provided CD and closing statement. Refer all financial questions to your lender, ___________.
Day of Closing:
What to bring: Current ID (2 forms), (voided check, trust docs, wiring instructions)
What you are doing: Meeting to sign documents that will transfer ownership from the Seller, to Buyer. These documents are a compilation of lender required documents, disclosures, and deeds.

After Closing:
After the closing, we hurry up and wait…wait for the lender to fund the loan, title to record the deed transferring ownership with the County in to your name, and then you’ll get the phone call from me that it’s officially yours and I will deliver the keys to you….you’re almost there!
